How Cloudflare Access works on SBF Innovation Lab apps

Summary

Most SBF Innovation Lab apps sit behind Cloudflare Access. The first time you open an app, Cloudflare shows a red Super Bonfire login page: Log in to superbonfire.

You sign in with one of these methods:

  • OIDC · Feishu — use your Feishu work account.
  • OIDC · Passkey — use your SBF ID passkey.

After you sign in, Cloudflare Access stores a session in the browser. The next visit to the same app, or to another gated app, should skip the login until the session expires.

Passkey

To use OIDC · Passkey, complete SBF ID registration first. Ask the Super Bonfire Tech team for the registration link if you do not have it.

What is gated

These hosts use Cloudflare Access:

https://superbonfire.tech is a public landing page. It does not use this login.

https://superflow.superbonfire.tech has its own email sign-in for now. Feishu QR login and Cloudflare Access are planned.

First visit

  1. Open the app URL, or open the app from Internal Hub.
  2. Wait for the Cloudflare Access page.
  3. Select OIDC · Feishu or OIDC · Passkey.
  4. Finish the Feishu or passkey prompt.
  5. Cloudflare sends you to the app.

If the login page appears again, your session has expired or you are using a different browser. Sign in again.

Not a Stage Preview password

Cloudflare Access is the company gate. A Stage Preview project can still ask for its own password after you are in.
