Troubleshooting
Common deploy problems and fixes
| Problem | Where to look | Usual fix |

| Build fails | Coolify → resource → Build Logs | Missing dependency, wrong build pack, or wrong Node/Python version |
| App shows 502 or 503 | Coolify → Logs | Wrong port, or the app crashed on start |
| Domain does not load | dig +short on the domain | DNS does not point to 43.128.88.92, or DNS is still propagating |
| HTTPS certificate error | Coolify → domain settings | DNS does not resolve yet. Save the domain again once DNS works |
| Push did not deploy | GitHub → repository → Settings → Webhooks | Webhook is missing or failing. Redeliver it, or turn on Auto Deploy |
| "Permission denied" from GitHub | gh auth status | Run gh auth login again, or ask Syahman for organisation access |
| Environment variable change not applied | Coolify | Redeploy the resource. Changes apply only after a redeploy |
If you are stuck after two attempts, stop. Send Syahman the exact error message and the command or screen that produced it.
Server
Only Syahman has server access. Use the Coolify dashboard for logs, status, and restarts. Do not ask anyone to run docker system prune, delete volumes, or edit /data/coolify without checking with Syahman first.
